Cameron Vickens is a senior in the Entertainment and Arts Management major concentrating in Performing Arts. Dedicated to highlighting Black musical talent across the Greater Philadelphia area, he uses his weekly mix show, Dog Daze Radio, on WKDU 91.7 FM to cast a spotlight on new talent in the scene. Working professionally as an A&R, Cameron seeks to find, develop, and help launch the careers of musicians. Cameron hopes to expand his horizons into the visual arts world beginning with "Pieces of Us," a photobook and gallery in collaboration with Jamez La Flame and Blair Nesmith.
Philadelphia native, Jamez LaFlame, is a published photographer and videographer capturing the city's true essence of brotherly love through explorations in portraiture, lifestyle, and concert work. Shooting event photography for clients such as A$AP Mob, Lil Uzi Vert, Rico Nasty, and a host of other artists. His bold and striking imagery even landed him festival gigs at SXSW, AC3, and The Roots Picnic. His latest endeavors in portraiture and lifestyle photography have led him to connect with prominent, up-and-coming artists in Philadelphia and other creatives looking to record the city's energy in real-time, establishing himself as an in-demand tastemaker.
Blair Nesmith is a North Philadelphia-born visual artist producing works in various mediums, primarily collage. Inspired by the works of Romare Bearden and Dewey Saunders, Blair took an interest in collage art used as album art. He would explore the medium creating through trial and error to develop his style and build new worlds, shattering the way we view reality. After taking a lengthy leave of absence from art, he's finally returned to doing what he loves most at 27.
